Each jurisdiction we serve handles their public records requests as it relates to 9-1-1 recordings and records. Please click the appropriate department you are requesting records from.

Notice: 9-1-1 phone recordings are retained for approximately two (2) years. Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) incident records are retained for seven (7 years).
